This endpoint returns an object of a single participation record (shift) for the given employee and event. If this is a guest participation, the record will contain a guest idea and the guests name.

Note the customQuestionSetResponseId . If the user was required to answer any questions while adding this shift, the value is the unique identifier for their responses. See the Custom Questions section above in this reference for more information on fetching these responses.
