/v1/employees/{affiliateEmployeeId}/volunteer/events/{eventType}/{eventId}/participations/{participationId}

This endpoint allows you to remove a single participation record (shift) for the given employee and event. If this participation is tied to a Grant, Incentive, or VTO request, the participation record will be locked and the request will yield an error that details the reason for the failure.
